How to: Forecast Weather (Without Any Gadgets!)

I’ve been rather heavy on the nonsensical (but c’mon, admit it, pretty funny) posts recently, so I figured it was about time to offer something useful. 

Not really sure how accurate your weather forecasts will be, but hey, if you say anything with enough conviction, people will probably believe you. You can learn to deal with the backlash later.
