4 Fun Ways to Add Pizzazz to Your Pictures

September 7, 2009

In the age of digital photography, we can take and store so many pictures that we don’t even know what to do with them anymore. Here are 4 great ways to add some pizzazz to your online photo albums.

1. Make A Movie or Music Video

At Jibjab.com, you can insert your pictures in a mini-movie or music video to make unique (and hilarious!) e-greetings for friends and family.

2. Personalize a Pictogame

Pictogame has over 30 customizable mini-games that you can personalize with photos of your friends (or enemies).

3. Create a Comic Strip

Pikistrips is a free and easy-to-use membership site where you can create comic strips and share them with the rest of the community. I used this site to make an entire comic book as a birthday gift for my Mom one year, and she absolutely LOVED it (especially since I made her the villain).

4. Play Around with Photo Effects & Templates

There are so many sites you can visit to play with photo effects and templates, it would take forever to list them. Here are a few of my favorites.

Yearbook Yourself

Dumpr

ImageChef

Note: Be sure to browse the other fun features of ImageChef. One of my personal faves is the Word Mosaic, which I used to make this:
